How we work
In order to provide the best service to candidates and clients, Verity has a thorough interview process which ensures we have a comprehensive understanding of all your strengths and skills. We’ll never waste your time by registering you if we don’t have a suitable role, instead, we pre-screen all candidates and, when confident we have a ‘too good to be true’ job, we’ll immediately arrange an interview for you. We’re flexible with interview times too – before work, after work, during your lunch break – whatever suits you best.
During the interview, we’ll go through your CV in detail and really establish what you’re looking for. We also test all candidates which is a relatively pain-free process, though essential as a hallmark of quality we guarantee to our clients.
Verity will never send your CV to clients without your approval – we run each and every job past you to make sure you’re happy with it!
